Float head type heat exchanger
In the float heat type heat exchanger, one end of the tube plate is secured with the case; the other end can float freely in the shell. The shell and the tubes are free to the heat expansion. When there is big temperature difference between two media, no stress from temperature difference will occur between the tubes and the shell. The float head is designed in a knock-down structure so that the tubes can be easily pushed into or drawn out of the case, making it convenient for examination, repair and cleaning. But, this type of heat exchanger is complicated in Float head type heat exchanger structure.
